Project Planner

Requirement- l Degree holder in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent;- l Minimum 5 years relevant experience with diversified experience in programming in construction works;- l Well versed in Primavera (P6) and MS Project.- l To assist the Project Manager in the realistic overall planning, scheduling and monitoring of the site progress.- l Prepare master schedule with key milestones.- l Updating the work programme progressively to suit the progress requirement and liaise with the Consultant and the Client as and when required.- l Ensure there are an efficient and reliable planning systems and must able to develop policies and procedures relative to planning activities to planned level.- l Resource planning - to indicate the levels of resources based on productivity rates of subcontractors.- l Procurement planning - listing of vendors and subcontractors.- l Prepare mitigation plan if work is delayed.- l Prepare visual reporting with S-curve.- l Prepare Critical Path Analysis and Baseline Analysis.- l Prepare 3 week look ahead (last planner) and 12 weeks look ahead works.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Bahau: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Question(s):- What is your availability for the position?
