Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing.JR32227 Project/Program Manager- Understand short-term and long-term goals and how they relate to company goals.- Assist in driving program and project across various functions within the group using common methods & metrics.- Drives accountability through clear communication, informal feedback, effective project management and appropriate usage of metrics.- Develops metrics for benchmarking Project Performance and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations- Prioritize and align Project/Program goals with counter-parts goals across departments.- Manage Program Teams and Stakeholders. Identify Stakeholders and manage expectations- Maintain program support through interaction with senior leaders.
