You will be a vital member of the Project Execution team in Industrial Automation business in Malaysia. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.

Your responsibilities

- - Supporting Project Managers in the coordination and execution of the project.
- Conducting analysis of plan versus actual project performance under the supervision of the Project Manager or Project Planning & Controls Manager.
- Gathering technical details, costs and deliverables for sales proposals and project reviews.
- Updating project (cost) adjustments, approved by the Project Manager and Controller, in relevant Project Controls systems.
- Monitoring, controlling, and releasing requests for invoicing, based on instructions from the Project Manager.
- Effectively communicating appropriate project information and customer feedback to internal project stakeholders.
- Controlling project documentation accuracy and consistency, in line with procedures.
- Developing your project management skills while working alongside project managers, engineers, technicians and support teams.

Your background

- A bachelor's degree/diploma.
- More than 3 years of relevant experience in oil, gas and chemical industry.
- Knowledge of project management techniques, processes and tools.
- Strong commitment to safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.
- A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
