We provide residential homes for children and the elderly, hostels, family support services, daycares, tuition centres, a refugee help centre and emergency relief services in times of crisis.- Manage the preventive maintenance program (cyclical maintenance) for East and West Malaysia building assets.- Manage the consultants/project managers/contractors and vendors for maintenance and project management works.- Assist the Users in the management of the Authorities for regulatory compliance.- Conduct site visits and Facilities Management meetings with the stakeholders.- Manage and supervise of IFM team in West and East Malaysia.- Manage sourcing for materials and services quotations.- Supervise the health, safety, and fire regulatory compliance of the premises.- Prepare, monitor, and update the budget against expenditure.- Work with the IFM team to propose 5 years work plan.- Assist the Property Director with day-to-day THQ Property Malaysia administration matters.- Undertake any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.**Qualifications**:- Diploma/Degree, preferably in Estate Management or Facilities Management or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying**Job Requirements**- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in office facilities and building management- Computer literacy- Able to work under minimum supervision- Able to travel within Malaysia when required- Only Malaysian need apply**Skills**:BuildingFacilitiesFacilities Maintenance**Other Information**:**Other Competencies**:- Organisation- Communication- Building Management- Interpersonal- Multi-Task**Working hours**:8.30 am to 5.30 pm, 5 day work week
