Property Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**- Maintain relationships with existing clients.- To lead sales and marketing team to achieve company's sales target.- Plan and monitor the implementation of marketing and sales activities towards achieving company's sales targets within approved budget.- To motivate, support and coach the sales team to enhance their career development, growth and team morale.**Requirements**:- Degree or Diploma in Marketing/ Business Studies or related discipline.- Minimum 5 years of working experience mainly in Property Sales Industry.- Real Estate License (REA) or Real Estate Negotiator License (REN) are required.- Good leadership and communication skills.- Motivated and result oriented.- Able to speak in Mandarin is an added advantages.
