Property Sales Promoter (Mandarin Speaking

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the marketing and selling of quality residential properties
Attend to walk-in customers and all in-coming calls.
Following up sales leads
Provide after sales service
Attend to customer complaints and liaise with the respective departments to resolve the problems or complaints
Instruct and manage marketing departments to prepare to prepare project marketing materials and marketing campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS
Possess at least a Diploma qualification in Marketing or property management.
Proven track record in sales in a quality property/real estate business; 2 years experience in sales & Marketing of mid-end properties, preferably with a large property developer.
He/she must be passionate and knowledgeable about property industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, while an excellent command of MANDARIN is highly desirable.
Willing to work during weekends and public holidays.
