Have your own vehicle Job Description : 1.Manage, prepare & record all related Prepare client's proposal (based on final floor plan & 3D design) 2.Preparing and record payment related back charges documents sub-contractor/supplier 3.Follow up plan submission with designer 4.Meet with potential clients to determine their needs 5.Update & report marketing activities/target/budget to superior 6.Develop SOP from time to time for sales & marketing department 7.Liaise with other department on matters related to scope of work and when required 8.Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to timeBecome a progressive lead player in providing housing development, home construction, renovation and decoration services in nationwide.SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
