For this role, we are open to remote workAbout the opportunityReporting to the Proposal Advisory Manager for the APJ Region, the Proposal Writer Associate will work to ensure Dayforce is represented in a consistent and clear manner aligned with the go-to-market strategy. This role supports the sales process by writing value-based and compelling responses reflective of our customer's requirements. With a dual focus on project management, you will also be accountable for holding stakeholders to task, and identifying the deliverables to ensure each response is completed and submitted on time.What you'll get to doDeliver high quality sales proposals contributing to our overall success through improved win rate and enhanced customer engagement with Dayforce. Specific tasks include:- Creating strong relationships and working collaboratively with cross functional, teams including Sales, Product, Industry Experts, Implementation/Services and Advisory team- Ability to translate technical themes into easily understandable, tailored, and compelling responses- Participate in developing new materials for the Proposal team- Review, edit, fact-check and brand all stakeholder contributions to ensure consistency in response voice and win themes are carried throughout entire response- Continuously increasing your knowledge of Dayforce and region specific products- Other responsibilities as assigned.Skills and Experience we value- 1+ year of previous proposal or project management experience- Strong written and oral presentation skills- Experience and expertise with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint- Experience with distributed or remote working environment- Strong time management and organisational skills with ability to prioritise work from multiple sources- Comfortable with ambiguity; entrepreneurial; working independently- Ability to use initiative to escalate issues.What's in it for youDayforce is fueled by the diversity of our talented employees.
