Job Descriptions: a) Helps to create designs that are environmentally friendly and do not violate building laws b) To assist in determining the proposed design arrangement will be constructed by the contractor c) Regulate the work done on site by the contractor d) Helps to provide construction drawing that are easy to understand by the builder so that the builder at the project site can easily translate it e) Ensure that the work done by the contractor is on time, quality and cost that has been agreed before a contract is carried out Job Requirements: a) Aged 30 years and below b) Degree in quantity surveying and equivalent c) Fresh graduate or unemployed d) A creative and innovative approach to problem solving e) Self-motivated, positive personalities, good interpersonal skillsS&I Urban Designers is a fast growing and one of the premier companies in Malaysia.
