The Site Safety Supervisor will play a crucial role in promoting a safe and secure work environment for all personnel involved in our construction projects.**Responsibilities**:- Oversee and enforce compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards on construction sites.- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure proper safety protocols are followed.- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to develop and implement site-specific safety plans.- Provide safety training to new employees, contractors, and other relevant personnel.- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and create detailed reports outlining causes and preventive measures.- Maintain safety records, documentation, and reports in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.- Implement corrective actions to address safety deficiencies and monitor their effectiveness.- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and inspectors as needed during site visits.- Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings to communicate important safety information to the workforce.- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, safety regulations, and emerging trends.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).This is an outstanding opportunity for an aspiring SSS to kick-start their career in the construction field.
