Ps Core Technical Support

Responsible for e2e 5G NSA/EPC/LTE node solution deployment, including low level design (LLD), network topology, hardware commissioning, service integration & testing- Must equipped some knowledge in TECS, MANO, MME, xGW, CG, PCRF, and SPR- Manage LTE/4G core system protocols such as S1-MME, S1-U, S6a, S11, Gx, Gy and etc- To analyze network performance, resolve complex network problem, and optimize network architecture.- Prepare customer ticket (troubleshooting ticket) & root cause analysis reports- Operations and routing maintenance in EPC/5G NSA network- As technical point of contact for engineering team, customer, and vendor.**Requirement**:- Bachelor's Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science / Engineering / or other related technical discipline- Preferably with 2 years or above of relevant working experience- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply- Possess skill in any of the following area: TECS, MANO, PCRF, SPR, EPC, vEPC- Knowledge in IP is an added advantage- Able to work in fast pace working environment- Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills- Customer service oriented and good presentation skill**Job Type**: Contract**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift**Experience**:- Technical Support: 2 years (preferred)
