Responsibilities: During your internship, you shall be exposed to a variety of job functions based on your major and personal capability to perform the following duties (whichever is applicable) :
For every intern position need to add this as a final clause in the job scope
• You may from time to time be assigned to other duties at the discretion of the Company.
Management assistants perform various types of jobs such as admin, student attendance, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries or walk-in customers. They carry out various tasks and support managers to ensure smooth daily operation
Requirements: Assist in administrative & student affairs scope of work (whichever is applicable) • Planning & executing career talks, education fairs at Secondary schools, planning job fairs, talent search, etc at College/ Universities • Assist in Student inquiries and provide course counseling, follow up with potential students • Submit regularly the work progress report on marketing campaigns/ recruitment etc • Assist in Airline cabin crew recruitment campaign (if applicable) • Resume checking, Appointment fixing, Conducting job Interviews, etc (if applicable) • You may from time to time be assigned to other duties at the discretion of the Company.
