vivo Malaysia is hiring Senior Public Relations Executive**Job responsibilities**:- To initiate in developing and executing PR plan of a possible crisis situation.- To propose, intitate, and develop complete corporate social responsibility campaigns with PR plan to build positive corporate image of company.- Strategizing and developing PR plans for clients.- Creating creative content for press release, speeches and marketing materials.- To review and provide correct communication materials to media.- Building and maintaining a strong relationship with media, clients, public, and related organization.- Organizing and attending partnership activities, conference, meetings, and industry events.- Coordinating all public relations activities.- Assisting in the implementation of marketing strategies.- To review and provide correct communication material to media- Monitor social media, website or other digital content to ensure appropriate language and tactic to keep a clear and consistent brand voice- Any ad-hoc task as and when requested by HOD.**Job requirement**:- Create effective communication channels.- Advanced ability to write and edit interesting content & excellent proofreading skills.- Strong commercial acumen with ability to build rapport with internal and external business partners- Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin (Due to the nature of business)- Prefer 1-2 years of experience in relevant field**Staff Benefits**:- 13th Month Bonus- Performance Bonus- Team Building Activities- Overseas Annual Company Trip- Extra Paid Leave (During Chinese New Year)- Encashment of Leave (Annual Leave)- Medical Coverage- Parking Subsidy- Dental CoveragePay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Experience**:- Public Relations: 3 years (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
