Pupil In Chambers/ Junior Litigation Associate

Job Description:
1.Pupil-in-Chambers
•To assist and learn different aspects of civil and commercial litigation and exposure to construction litigation.
•Interested in assisting Senior Counsel in complex commercial and civil litigation disputes.
2. Junior Litigation Associate
•To assist and manage (under supervision) civil and commercial matters as well as construction litigation/ adjudication/ arbitration
•If you have a keen interest in civil and commercial litigation and have 1-2 years PQE, this job is for you!
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Pupil-in-Chambers
•Law degree (LLB) from a reputable university and a strong academic record
•CLP / Bar qualification (those awaiting CLP results are also welcomed to apply)
•Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia
•IT savvy
•Must have keen interest in pursuing a career in civil litigation
•Passionate about the law and have high aspirations to be a civil litigator
•Dynamic and proactive by nature
•Meticulous and have an eye for detail
•Mooting experience preferred
2. Junior Litigation Associate
•Admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya
•Law degree (LLB) from a reputable university and strong academic record
•CLP / Bar qualification
•Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia
•IT savvy
•Must have keen interest in pursuing a career in civil litigation
•Passionate about the law and have high aspirations to be a civil litigator
•Dynamic, independent, and proactive by nature
•Meticulous and have an eye for detail
•Mooting experience preferred
•Prior experience in general civil litigation practice during pupillage
