Purchase & Accounts Assisstant

**Top Duties and Qualifications**- Responsible on purchasing requisitions, quotation enquiries, issuance of purchase order and invoicing.- Checks stock level on monthly basis- Coordinate, monitor and follow up with supplier on time delivery.- Proactive, positive working attitude, willingness to learn, accuracy and attention to detail.- Computer literate especially in SQL accounting software, Microsoft Word and Excel will be an added advantage.- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks assigned.- Minimum LCCI or Diploma In Accounting.- At least 2 year relevant working experience.- Teamwork skills- Strong written and verbal communication skills**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)Expected Start Date: 11/21/2023
