Purchaser Assistant

Create purchase orders from requisition.- Data entry and filing paperwork- Obtain price quote from multiple suppliers- Run reports to help determine needs- Prepare purchase order and bid requests- Issues purchase orders to suppliers and confirm delivery date, quantity ordered, and price are correct.- Maintains procument record such as items or services purchased, cost, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories.- Discusses defective or unacceptable goods or services with inspection or quality control personnel, user, vendors, and others to determine source of trouble and take corrective action.- Processes receipts and invoices for payment.- Expedites delivery of goods to user- Obtain subcon quotation and manage and monitor sub out job.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Buyer/Purchaser: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Bahasa (required)- English (required)- Mandarin (required)
