We are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation and creating impactful solutions that shape the future.**Responsibilities**:- Conduct research on potential products, vendors, and services, particularly focusing on servers, hardware, and related technology equipment.- Compare prices and quality to ensure the best deal.- Meet with vendors and clients to negotiate the best contracts.- Liaise with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.- Monitor inventory and write orders to refill stock.- Updating all records of purchased products.- Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analyses.- Attending and contributing to meetings with staff and other stakeholders.**Requirements**:- .Proven experience as a Purchaser/Purchasing Agent/Buyer or similar role.- Strong knowledge of purchasing procedures, policies, and principles.- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software.- Proficiency in both Mandarin & English is mandatory to communicate with internal stakeholders**Benefits**- Flexible work arrangements- Generous paid time off- Flexible working hours- Training and development opportunities- Amazing career opportunities in a growing global startup
