Purchaser

1) Prepare purchase order from ERP upon received material requisition has been approved by respective HOD.3) Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers.4) Organize and update database of supplies, delivery time, invoices and quantity of suppliers5) Ensure all deliveries contain all good requested6) Examine and review products and supplies to ensure quality7) Create and maintain good relationship with vendors and suppliers8) Track incoming inventory, delivery arrival time and note actual arrival time9) Prepare month end report, slides and submit to respective HOD.10) Responsible to collect supplier, subcon DO & invoice and liaise with account department.11) Negotiate pricing with supplier.12) Submit staff attendance to HR.13) Prepare SST exemption form and submit to account department.14) Request quotation to new or existing supplier.**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Simpang Ampat: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Buyer/Purchaser: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa (preferred)- English (preferred)- mandarin (preferred)
