__- Main task is in charge of the company's purchase orders for their business needs and objective.- Focus to optimise budget and ensure all purchases are complete and of good quality- Creating, processing and updating purchase orders.- Conducting product tests to optimise purchases- Drafting budgets and reducing costs- Evaluating purchased goods for quality and accuracy- Coordinating with vendors for negotiation- Ensure all product timely deliver- Liaising with management and production teams to determine purchase specifications- Need to be able to analyse top selling and least selling product on monthly basis- FIFO arrangement, sell those near expiry or run a promo to clear stock- Merchandising covers product movement from the moment it is delivered to the store to the moment a shopper picks it up off the shelf- Ensure performing stock count, organising shelf, setting display of product- Ensure price and promotional sign is within communication among shop and as per Marketing Plan- Ensure product is replenish and within par level for all shops and retail outlets- Ensure stock level is never shortage of product and expiry product- Reporting on monthly- Reporting on challenges for brainstorming and solution- Assist in ad-hoc task assigned by Management- Require to perform additional short term tasks by Management- **Job Requirement**:_- Key skills needed: Negotiation, Market Knowledge and Organization Skill- Possess Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in related field- Able to speak Mandarin fluently.- Has 2-3 years of related working experience in FMCG/ retail industry.**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Merchandising: 2 years (preferred)
