Purchasing Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:- Ensure raw materials or parts are supplied to the requested department as planned.- Generate a daily or monthly plan to monitor stock movement and the delivery schedule of raw materials.- Handle stock take with storekeeper.- Find cost-effective deals and vendors and negotiates to lower procurement expenses or project costs.- Responsible for updating the requested department on the parts status.- Liaise closely with the supplier on the delivery schedule and any schedule changes.- Prepare monthly reports for the management.- Perform any duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by your superior.**Job Requirements**:- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, and Microsoft Word.- Mandarin speaker is preferred to converse with chinese supplier.***Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Buyer/Purchaser: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)Expected Start Date: 04/26/2024
