We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Purchasing cum Admin. This role will be responsible for managing procurement activities as well as providing administrative support to the organization. Prefer Chinese speaking.**Responsibilities**:**Purchasing**:- Source, negotiate, and procure goods and services from vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards are met- Review purchase requisitions and create purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures- Coordinate with suppliers to track order status, expedite deliveries, and resolve any issues or discrepancies- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify potential cost-saving opportunities- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and provide support and guidance as needed**Administration**:- Provide general administrative support to the office, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence- Assist with facilities management tasks, such as coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing office supplies, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks as assigned- Support HR functions, such as employee onboarding, payroll processing, and maintaining employee records- Handle inquiries from employees and external parties, providing timely and accurate information or directing them to the appropriate channels**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobs**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Buyer/Purchaser: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)Expected Start Date: 05/25/2024
