??????????????????- ?????????- ??????????,??????????,??????????- ????????????????????????/?????- ??????????????????/??????- ??????????????- ????????????????,?????????????????- ??????????- ?????????????- ???????????????????????- ?????????????,???????????????- ?????????????- To assist management on the purchasing paperwork and processes as required.- To perform day to day purchasing tasks.- To perform day to day administrative update duties, handle inquiries related to the purchasing including maintain record and documentation.- To coordinate with the warehouse teams on the scheduled order and stock delivery / receive status when necessary.- To communicate and support staff from various department regarding of the administrative request / task as needed.- To assist in general administrative functions and ad-hoc assignments.- Conduct research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.- Monitoring inventory for stock replenish.- Updating all records of purchased products.- Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.- Work closely with others in the procurement function and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements.- Standardize product dimension manufacturer drawings.????:????: RM2,800.00?RM3,200.00(?? )
