Details of the offer

**Your duties and responsibilities will be as follows**:i. Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.ii. Researching potential vendorsiii. Tracking orders and ensuring timely deliveryiv. Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)v. Conduct market research to identifying pricing trends.vi. Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.vii. Prepare cost analyses.viii. Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.ix. Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.x. Liaise with Central Kitchen staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.xi. To undertake any other reasonable duty as required by the Company.**Requirements**:- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field- Diploma/Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent- Fluent in English or Mandarin (Optional) speaking and writing- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills- Preferably experienced specialized in Purchasing/Inventory & Warehouse Management or equivalent**Key Skills Needed**- Fluent in English or Mandarin ( Optional) speaking and writing- Good negotiation skills- Proactive- Interested in food and beveragesGood Luck!**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Buyer/Purchaser: 1 year (required)Ability to Commute:- Kuala Lumpur (required)
