**Job Requirements**:- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is and advantaged.- Degree Holder in business, material management or engineering- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.- At least (1) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Experience in purchasing and procurement.- Provide support to the procurement team by carrying out general administrative duties and placing orders for equipment and materials- This roles involves organizing and storing documenys,making purchase orders,updating records,and responding to order issues- Knowledge of purchasing and supply chain procedures and systems, MRP/ERP system is an added advantage.- Preferably Non-Executive, specialized in construction field or equivalent will be in advantage.- Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role.- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.- Capability to negotiate with and influence others.- Willing to learn.- Good interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.- **Working Hours**: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Mon - Fri).- Willing to work in Putra Puchong.**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:- Research potential vendors- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing- Track orders and ensure timely delivery- Review the quality of purchased products- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends**Job Benefits**:- Competitive basic salary- Medical benefits- Dental medical allowance- Personal Insurance- EPF and Socso- Annual Leave + Public Holidays claim- Opportunities to grow with the company- And many more**Important****Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Buyer/Purchaser: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
