**JOB DESCRIPTION**- To issue Purchase Order for Raw and Packing Materials or other relevant materials as required by superior- To ensure the correct price, quantity and quality of materials before ordering to supplier- To monitor the stock levels in store is adequate to avoid any insufficient of materials or overstock in store- To ensure the delivery date of materials required for production usage is before the delivery date of finished goods/shipment- To liaise with supplier on product complaint in terms of quality and quantity rejection- To issue Purchase Return and Goods Return of materials rejected by QC department- To request quotation from supplier on new materials or for any fluctuate price materials from time to time and obtained approved from before ordering- All other relevant task as deems necessary by immediate Superior**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- Degree or Diploma holder in Food Technology, Food Science or equivalent- Minimum 2 years' experience related Purchasing- Analytical, creative thinking and problem solving skills- Independent, self-starter, dynamic team player, resourceful with a high level of initiative- Able to adapt to challenging working environment and long hours duty if required
