a)Provide day-to-day accountability for supply inventories, monitoring volumes, flow and sourcing b) Responsible for overseeing all inventory control activities c)Anticipates supply needs and communicates potential interruptions to Manager/Supervisor d)Coordination of shipping, receiving, and storage of all goods in the office or warehouse (store) e)Maintain open communication with employees and ensure their purchase orders of operation concerns are reviewed and addressed in a timely manner f)Manage and create visibility for manufacturer delivery dates g)Proactively and independently identify potential inventory shortage and communicate to Manager h)Ensure physicals inventory activity is executed according to documented processes i)Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers, monitoring and expediting in error with suppliersSouthern Crescent Sdn.
