**Job Responsibilities;**- Handle customers' enquiries & negotiate with suppliers.- Prepare quotation to customers.- Assist to close orders via tele-marketing.- Process orders & ensure goods arrive on time- Follow up - credit note/ debit note/ delivery order with customer's company stamp.- Assist on AR billing during month end.- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.**Job Requirement**:- At least with SPM, Certificate or Diploma equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.- **Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an office or administrative capacity.**:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and good computer skills.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and information.- Good communication skills.- Attentive to details, result oriented, able to work independently**Benefits;**- Free shuttle Bus provided at Kuchai Lama MRT station.- Cashless Outpatient + Health Screening- Group Insurance- Opportunities for learning & development** If you feel that this role and responsibilities fit your career aspiration, please send us your CV with your expected salary**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayExpected Start Date: 02/19/2024
