Purchasing Assistant/ Executive

**Responsibilities**:- To perform the order process for the company.- To ensure products & services are procured at the required quantity and quality, at the correct time- To liaise with supplier on the delivery lead-time.- To be able to prepare spread sheet e.g.. Price comparison.- Efficiently process purchase orders and related documentation.- Maintain accurate records and databases using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, ensuring seamless operations.- Communicate effectively with team members suppliers.- Uphold a high standard of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.- Work independently, demonstrating self-drive and conscientiousness in your daily responsibilities.**Requirements**:- Good administration, organizational and interpersonal skills.- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and in an organized way.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday
