Purchasing Assistant

**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for supply chain planning of raw and packaging materials to support production.- Issuing Purchase Order (PO) according to supplier's quotation & PR received from PMC.- Monitor order for on-time delivery to avoid any disruption in production operation.- Verify materials delivered are according to the Purchase Order.- Preparing Supplier's Payment Voucher and submit to Finance Department on monthly basics.- Negotiate with suppliers for the best price, delivery lead time & payment terms.- Assist in the implementation and enhancement of procurement policies & procedures.**Requirements**:- Possess minimum a SPM qualification or equivalent.- PC literate & familiar with MS Office suite of software.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and organize data.????:????: RM1,500.00?RM2,500.00(?? )??????: 04-09-2023
