Purchasing Assistant

**JOB DESCRIPTION**- Issue PO according to purchase requisition- Sourcing of goods and services to support the operations, sourcing of new suppliers and new service providers for better cost savings- Conducting benchmarking exercise to ensure that we purchase the right product/services from the right source and at the most reasonable market price- Monitoring, follow-up and updating shipping/delivery schedules and payment to suppliers- Assist source for new raw material, packaging material and others- Exposure and hands-on experience with local suppliers, vendors and people from China- Collaborate with logistic for delivery and with finance to facilitate payment process to supplier**REQUIREMENTS**- Minimum 1-2 year(s) of experience in Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse or Logistics field is also required.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- _Mandarin or Cantonese speaker are welcome to apply._**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
