Purchasing Assistant

(Description:):**Responsibilities**:- Replenish Stock- Monitoring stock level and identifying purchasing needs.- Track orders and ensure timely delivery- Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including preparing reports, analyzing data, and assisting in the development of procurement strategies.- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements while maintaining quality standards.- Process purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation of procurement transactions.- Get quotation from existing or new suppliers.Extra qualifications:- Have experience in monitor and forecast product needed based on upcoming market demand- Have experience dealing with sales team.**Requirements**:- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.- At least 1 year of working experience in related field- Must possess own car & willing to travel- Pleasant and proactive personality- Able to work independently- Creative mindset & interest in keeping updated with the latest trends, competitors- Good interpersonal skills- Excellent computer literacy skills: Excel, Word, Outlook- Good organizational and planning skill- Team player- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Good in mathematics**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Semenyih (required)Ability to Relocate:- Semenyih: Relocate before starting work (required)
