Purchasing Assistant

Responsibility- Sourcing, place order and negotiate for pricing & payment terms- Follow-up on order to ensure goods are shipped and delivered on promised date- Inspect goods received to ensure the quality & quantity in order- Prepare monthly purchase report- Dealing with goverment bodies: MIDA, Custom, DOE, etc- To perform special task assigned by superior from time to time**Requirements**:- Minimum Diploma in any field- PC literate- Well verse in Bahasa Malaysia & English- Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus
