Purchasing Clerk

Assist in purchasing matters including Purchase Order (PO) preparation, matching document, request Invoice & Statement.Internal and external operation coordination- Handle hardcopy documents filing system.- Assist in report compilation.- Required to travel to site for work progress assessment and stock take.- Always support & cooperate with team members in completing tasks.- Any ad-hoc task that is assigned by the Management from time to time.**Job Requirements**- Required knowledge (s): Microsoft office; Autocount- **Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin will be an added advantage. ** Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment- **Good interpersonal and strong negotiation skill.**:- A positive attitude with the ability to work independently.- **Ability to manage workload, prioritize effectively and adhere to deadlines**Pay: RM1,464.08 - RM3,773.04 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday
