Purchasing Clerk

1.1 Assist purchasing manager/ executive in the purchasing operations within the purchasing department. 1.2 Liaise with suppliers for quotations, coordinate delivery schedule, and generate price comparison and other purchasing order related matters. 1.3 Help to source for competitive quotations and prepare cost compilation of material pricing for further negotiation and approval. 1.4 Liaise with related departments on schedule of requirement for materials and deliveries. 1.5 Systematic filing, check and update delivery orders. 1.6 Matching invoice, DO, PO discrepancies for payment purpose. 1.7 Tabulate and summarize monthly purchases. 1.8 Answering incoming calls and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior as and when required. 1.9 Initiate Vendor Performance on timely manner.
