**Responsibilities**:**Responsibilities**:- 1. To carry out data entry and maintaining record of register and approved suppliers list.- 2. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality, safety, health and environmental system.- 3. To comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.- 4. To implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.- 5. To take responsibility for prevention of work-related injury and ill health.- 6. To follow up on delivery with Suppliers where and when necessary.- 7. To take charge of filing of purchasing documents.- 8. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.- Accountability- 1. Accountable for the quality, safety, health and environmental performance of the workplace.- **Requirements**:- 1. SPM or equivalent- 2. Minimum 1 year working experience in construction environment.- 3. Computer literate.- 4.
