Purchasing Clerk

Record all received pin code received from both supplier and storefront to the internal Excel database.- Ensure the data entry is accurate before uploading to server.- Assist in card purchasing for users in Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines.- Update daily purchase record for API system and CN direct top up.- Submit orders to get approval from the department or from the in-charge personnel.- Prepare accurate and complete cards purchase orders.- Assist purchaser / superior / HOD to do data update (ad-hoc task).**Requirements**:- At least 1 year of working experience.- Possess at least SPM / STPM certificates.- Fluent in English & Mandarin (written & verbal communication).- Have basic knowledge of using computer and Excel.- Accuracy - Meeting the highest standard of accuracy.- Attention to detail - Achieves thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas involved.- Follow up - Ability ko keep tracking the issues and make sure the issues have been settled.- Forecasting skills - Ability to make accurate predictions about the future- Interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate, build relationships and work well with others.- Problem solving - Ability to solve problems in an effective and timely manner without any impediments.- Quick typing skills - Able to typing fast and accuracy without looking at the keys.**Benefits**:- 5 days work week- EPF, SOCSO &EIS- Personal accident insurance coverage- Medical and dental care- Optical allowance- Fitness allowance- Family outing day allowance- Annual paid leave- Performance bonus- On-the-job training- Positive working environment**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Sitiawan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
