Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Clerk to join our procurement team. The Purchasing Clerk will be responsible for assisting with the procurement process, including purchase order management, and inventory tracking. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.Responsibilities:Assist with the procurement of goods and services according to company policies and procedures.Maintain accurate records of purchases, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.Perform data entry and administrative tasks related to purchasing activities.Perform consistent stock take to make sure stock level in warehouse is always accurate.Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any discrepancies.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a purchasing or administrative role is preferred.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with AUTOCOUNT software is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
