Purchasing Clerk

**Requirements**:- Required more than 3 years experiences in sourcing, purchasing field, import & export.- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills will be an adding advantage.- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.- Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.- Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.ResponsibilityTasks include- Determining, implementing and monitoring purchasing, storage and distribution strategies, policies and plans;- Preparing and implementing plans to maintain required stock levels at minimum cost;- Negotiating contracts with suppliers to meet quality, cost and delivery requirements;- Monitoring and reviewing storage and inventory systems to meet supply requirements, and control stock levels;- Overseeing the dispatch of road vehicles, trains, vessels or aircraft;- Liaising with other departments and customers concerning requirements for outward goods and associated forwarding transportation;- Overseeing the recording of purchase, storage and distribution transactions;- Establishing and managing budgets, controlling expenditure and ensuring the efficient use of resources;- Planning and directing daily operations
