Purchasing-Clerk

Request quotations, negotiation for the cost, and complete purchase requisitions for approval.- To resourcing for new vendor and materials to achieve cost effectiveness and competency among vendors.- Process purchase request from restaurants, compile and communicate efficiently with suppliers.- To issue P/O to supplier & monitor the delivery from supplier to ensure planned production schedule has enough material to production.- Analyze past and future inventory demand volumes, inventory trends and make forecast to minimize wastages or surplus.- Assist with any others task as and when assigned, interacting with suppliers in case of delay in delivery of supplies, receipt of damaged or incorrect quantity of goods.**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Maternity leave- Meal providedSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)
