Purchasing Clerk

**JOB DESCRIPTION**- Responsible for issue daily/weekly purchase order.- Responsible for compile all the local/farm purchase of invoices, purchase order, QC report and receiving report and pass over to the relevant purchaser.- Responsible request the credit notes when purchaser complete the deal.- Responsible request the statement by weekly/monthly- Responsible invoicing to internal sales.- Enter all the invoices number to the data files and hand over to account dept for payment process.- Responsible to issue advance or deposit to supplier/farmers- New supplier/farmer documentation update.**JOB REQUIREMENT**:- Gender : Female- Experience : 1 years and above- Aged : 19 - 35 years old- Minimum education at least SPM/Diploma/Degree- Computer literacy : Must know to use MICROSOFT WORD, EXCEL AND OTHER RELATED.- Familiar with Autocount or any other accounting system/software.- Have own transport- Wiling to work in Telok Gong, Port Klang.- Need someone how has good discipline and attitude.- The fast leaner is an advantage.- Can work with minimum supervisor.- Can speak, read and write Bahasa and English- CAN START WORK IMMEDIATELY**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Company car- Free parkingSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)
