Purchasing Executive (Building & Construction)

Responsibilities Responsible for purchasing construction building materials To plan, organize, purchase materials according to requirements of site purchase orders. To coordinate, monitor and follow up closely with project site staff and supplier on time delivery. To source, obtain pricing/quotation from supplier and able to do pricing comparuson during tender stage and construction stage. To review purchase requisitions and determine proper purchasing methods in complaince with the purchasing policies and procedures. To perform supplier sourcing, evaluation, assessment and selection, negotiation, performance monitoring. To ensure all the materials in right source, quality, quantity, comply with project specs. To prepare supplier payment cert with matched purchase order and delivery order. To perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned by superios whenever necessary from time to time.
