Purchasing Executive

**Requirement**- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English.**Responsibility**- Assist to perform daily data processing, prepare purchasing related information. E.g., issue purchase order (PO).- Prepare PO and ensure PO being received by suppliers.- Keep track and update on goods purchasing, receiving and delivery date (including spare parts).- Perform general filing duties and maintain organized documentation.- Provide administrative support including handling stock count, photocopy, matching invoices with system GRN amount etc.- Send PO to Suppliers after authorized by superior.- Monitor on the purchasing process and update records.- Check on packing list send by Oversea Suppliers and arrange on the movement of stocks.- Order spare parts from Oversea Suppliers and monitor on the ordering and receiving process.- Liaise, follow up and co-ordinate closely with suppliers and sales teams.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Deadline: 12/01/2023Expected Start Date: 12/15/2023
