Purchasing Executive

Assist in making choices about supplier sourcing, procurement, and vendor negotiations.- Identify cost savings to meet goals; develop cost modelling and automate costing process.- Maintains procurement records such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery and inventories.- Keep track of stock inventory by conducting spot checks to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies and no mishandling and pilferage.- Manages supplier to price, delivery and quality expectations and escalates when appropriate.- Quotation management (cost down and cost up analysis, new quotation cost analysis).- Manage suppliers list and supplier evaluation.- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.- Ensure compliance to the Quality, Occupational Health and Safety Management System standards and continuous on job training.- To conduct yearly supplier evaluation.**Requirements**:- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.- Required Skill(s): MS office, Good communication skill**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Buyer/Purchaser: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
