Purchasing Executive

**Responsibilities**:- To perform daily purchasing activities and to ensure that the materials are delivered to the construction- To compile all the PO, DO, invoices and to check the details before handover to accounts department- To handle all purchasing and administrative duties effectively- To maintain a good filing system- Any other duties as and when required by the Superior/ management from time to time**Job Requirement**:- Possess a Diploma in any field- At least 3 years of relevant working experience preferable in construction industry.- Fast leaner, multi-tasking, good interpersonal skills, team player and positive working attitude- Good in written and spoken of English & Mandarin- Competency in MS Office and preferable with knowledge of Autocount Accounting System.
