Purchasing Executive

Job Description : Collaborate with kitchen management for inventory needs. Develop and maintain procurement plan. Monitor expenses and propose cost-saving initiatives. Receive and review purchase requisitions. Develop and manage Kitchen procurement budget. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels. Maintain organized records of all purchase receipts, invoices, and related documentation. Prepare a comprehensive handover package containing all relevant records and documentation.   Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing roles or equivalent. Strong negotiation and organizational skills. Proficiency in inventory management software. Knowledge of food safety regulations. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Effective communication skills.
