Purchasing Executive

JOB VACANCYPOSITION - PURCHASING EXECUTIVELOCATION - MERU, KLANGSALARY - RM 350001) Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors.02) Evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project or user, responsible to negotiate on pricing to ensure items and services are sourced and awarded competitively.03) In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and delivery schedules to meet company requirements.04) To follow up payment status when required.05) Responsible and handle import shipments for related suppliers as well as coordinate special logistics arrangement during import process, serving as liaison for forwarding agent and custom office. Responsible to oversee incoming goods and packaging.06) Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.07) Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.**Qualifications**:Degree in any related courses or equivalents with a good attitudeExposure in ISO QMS standardsGood command of English, especially for business letter writing (spoken and written).Strong interpersonal skills, business negotiation skills, problem solver and planner with organizational and analytical ability.Accountable and follows through with their tasksExperience in executing procurement/ sourcing activitiesProven experience working with cross functional teams to ensure cost control and process improvements.AGENSI PEKERJAAN NS SHUE SDN BHD.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
