Purchasing Executive

To assist the Purchasing Manager in purchasing function, coordinate and maintain materials planning and farming out jobs for the efficient and effective operation of the Purchasing Department.- To assist and liaise with Planning and Production Department for requirement of raw materials, maintenance parts and services.- To expedite purchasing process such as sourcing, negotiating, selecting, obtaining approval and ordering.- To commit to purchasing action plan strategies of getting quality products, prompt delivery, cost down, etc.- To get the right product information and handle difficult requestor problems such as last minute orders, 'top urgent" orders, no/wrong information matters, etc.- To verify correctness of all suppliers' invoices after matching of invoices to delivery orders and purchase orders for payment process.- To check and verify monthly reports on farming out jobs for submission to Customs Department.- To check and verify monthly reports on inventory movements for submission to Customs Department.- To assist Purchasing Manager for the cost saving project in Purchasing Department.- To generally supervise and train all subordinates under his/her control.PMT is an OEM manufacturing company for HVACR equipments and parts.
