1. Understand the functions of OBM's entire purchasing and inventory module, such as new creditor setting, issuing, modifying, canceling and closing outstanding purchase orders, purchase details, creating, modifying, suspending, canceling stock codes, correcting negative inventory, inventory, stock in, stock out and transfer materials, etc.2. Create and control new stock codes for new products and items, such as raw materials, finished goods, packaging, stickers, customer property, etc.3. Check the PR, whether the product name of the product is clearly stated, the requested delivery date, and the correct signature and approval have been carried out by the relevant personnel or authorization.5. Establish regular meetings with suppliers, obtain market feedback, price trend, supplies situation, mutual continuous improvement.6. Fast and accurate reporting on costing and cost analysis (Cost ++), improved communication on all costing impact matter.7. Arrange customs clearance for containers and manage import duties and sales taxes for local and overseas suppliers.8. Reduces stocks inventory, reduces total number of stock items, reduces stagnant stocks.9. Source for potential suppliers and substitute materials, update the approved supplier list, negotiate the best purchase price, payment term, payment method and service provided by the supplier.10. Access and improve on current supplier's evaluation and reporting. For example, to include supplier's average delivery lead-time and stocks keeping to meet our requirement. Quality & quantity issues, rejections and complaints, ability & capability to resolve problems or providing solutions.11. If necessary, carry out new or revise the packaging dimension and develop packaging drawings.12. To maintain sufficient inventory of all fast-moving items, reduce old stagnant inventory and avoid high inventory.13. Regularly check and revise the minimum inventory level (MSL) of all regular moving products or items.14. To investigate, report and correct any inventory discrepancies immediately when needed.15.
