Purchasing Executive

To involve in supplier management that includes sourcing, selection, negotiation and obtain quotation for all material and equipment required by project sites- To negotiate best pricing, monitors and assures continuous improvement of supplier performance- To maintain proper records of purchases, quotations/sources, suppliers' information and documentations- Liaise and work closely with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of supplies- Interaction with Project Managers/Site Engineers/Site Supervisors on cost of equipment for their final cost and progress schedule management inclusive of documentation to be submitted to relevant parties- To observe, track and give feedback to project sites for frequent order material without over supplying- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior and the management**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Buyer/Purchaser: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 50% (preferred)
