Purchasing Executive

**PURCHASING EXECUTIVE****Responsibilities**:- Sourcing and selection of the supplier, negotiation and ensuring timely delivery.- Preparing and defining requests for quotation/proposal, negotiating with vendors, issuing purchase orders, etc- Selection and registration of new supplier to system- To maintain proper documentation / records for ISO and relevant audit- Managing supplier's performance in ensuring cost competitiveness, best quality consistency, service reliability.- Liaise with supplier on goods return or reject. Prepare stock return notes.- Additional job will be assigned by the superior or management as and when necessary**Requirements:- **- Minimum SPM or equivalent.- With 1 -2 years of working experience in the related field- Computer literate.
